Location：Shanghai

Responsibilities:

• Monthly reporting, forecasting, budgeting and expense controlling

• Monthly reconciliation between China GAAP / HGB

• Implementation of deviation analyses, key figure determination and analysis for the local GM and German HQ

• Project-related analyzes in the areas of sales, purchasing and logistics

• Data collection, processing and calculation of personnel cost rates, surcharge rates and allocations in coordination with the finance department

• Development and expansion as well as optimization of key figures, expansion of the central reporting system

• Working capital management and inventory control

• Monthly closing activities such as timely invoicing and order billing

• Support for monthly and year-end activities in the area of financial accounting

• Coordination and cooperation with the local general manager and the central finance department in Germany 

Qualifications:

• Rich experience in controlling at European companies, ideally in cooperation with German HQ

Years’ experience in finance/accounting area

• Automotive supplier experience would be an advantage

• Understanding of business process, operation analysis, finance control and balance in foreign enterprises

• Good knowledge of tax & accounting regulations, CN-GAAP and HGB

• Experienced in handling ERP systems

• Sound MS Office knowledge (especially Excel)

• Highly credible, professional with strong degree of integrity

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Willing to travel, including international travel

• Structured way of working and high affinity for numbers
