Responsibilities:

• Drive/implement the BU Mobility global and regional sales strategies

• Establish and deploy the regional sales team targets contributing to company OKR’s

• Deliver the profitability and growth per set targets

• Monitor and manage the performance of the sales managers and their teams

• Establish and deploy the resource plan needed to achieve targets

• Build a culture of ongoing improvement

• Deploy sales tools and processes in line with the global and regional requirements

• Deploy best-in-class practices for the sales activity

• Provide regular reports to the organization as per established operating mode

• Keep all relevant stakeholders informed about the sales activity and progress vs targets

• Validate the regional demand forecast

• Ensure sales team compliance with external/internal guidelines and regulations

• Approve cost calculations and strategic pricing for key open opportunities as per DoA

• Represent the company in relationship with customers

• Deliver on-time, best-in-class customer response, in close cooperation with all stakeholders

• Act as a crisis manager for the key emergencies or designate the appropriate crisis manager

• Lead and coach sales team in their areas of responsibility

• Create a self-learning environment where employees can reach their full potential

• Ensure industry leading engagement score of the sales team



Qualifications:

• Years of sales management experience in automotive industry and relevant supplier industry

• Natural “hunter” profile; proven record of success for new business wins

• Technical expertise; proven background and/or understanding of technical trends/needs of the industry

• Proven track record of successfully managing a large commercial organization

• Strong image and network in the automotive industry

• Proven record of fixing profitability problems

• High level of business awareness and acumen

• Outstanding negotiation skills and conflict mediation skills

• Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong crisis management skills

• Able to work with diverse and international teams
